Exercise 1: Leg Raises   3 x 20

Exercise 2: Weighted Crunch   3 x 20

Exercise 3:  Bosu Ball Oblique Crunch   3 x 20

Exercise 4: Supine Toe Touches   3 x 20

*** I recommend adding this routine the 20 minutes of moderate intensity cardio in order to get a fat melting workout.
