Meet the Trainer

About Me

I’ve always been interested in health and fitness. As a result, I became a personal trainer January 2008. In early 2001, at the age of 14, I was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis (JRA). At this point, it progressed into adulthood. Consequently, in 4 years, I became disabled. However, I started biologic medication soon after and I achieved remission within two years.

Unfortunately, I came out of remission in 2013, when my son was born. During the summer of 2017, my Rheumatologist diagnosed me with Lupus (SLE). Above all, I continue to live a healthy life. In fact, my health background is a huge part of why I became a personal trainer. Meanwhile, my disease is monitored closely and managed reasonably well.

No doubt, I manage my health concerns by living an active and well-balanced lifestyle. Presently I compete in NPC bodybuilding shows. In October 2016, I placed 1st in Novice- Bikini Division and 2nd in Open- Bikini Division. In October 2017, I received 1st in Open- Bikini Division. About Fitness Evolution Training

One of the most significant challenges facing adults ages 30 and older, is understanding their health concerns as they age. For this reason, I created Fitness Evolution Training to help people work towards their goals. Not to mention, their everyday lives are improved. It takes persistence to be part of my team. Ultimately, there needs to be an understanding that getting healthy can take time. After all, I know what it takes!

My company focuses on three components. They are introduced over a 12 week period. I created these elements with beginners in mind. Your plan will teach you how to build new habits and routines, adjust your nutrition, and how to record your progress as you improve your health. You will develop your confidence, strength, flexibility, posture, endurance and eating habits.

Also, I provide access to my app for all my clients. Among the app, you will find your program details. More specifically, your program is designed to consist of:

  • a customized exercise plan and nutrition guidance
  • video instructions for exercises
  • body statistic graphs monitoring your progress
  • email support to discuss your program and for weekly check-ins
  • updates to your application as needed
